Sensory Based Mindfulness Practice Sessions

When: 2nd and 4th Mondays of the month at noon – 12:15pm (or 12:30pm)
What: We will go through a simple and easy ABC of Tapping protocol to calm the nerves and come back to balance. No Tapping experience required.
