Koru Based Mindfulness (USG Well-Being)

SPRING 2024 OFFERING

Join us to learn and practice some mindfulness skills and tools to come back to our center, to feel more relaxed, and to be more present in the moment. We offer skills mostly based on the Koru Mindfulness/Mindfulness Institute of Emerging Adults (MIEA) curriculum, adapted to meet the busy modern people’s needs. We will be meeting at noon, for anywhere around 15-30 min. Koru Mindfulness/MIEA trained facilitators will lead the sessions. Sign up once and join any of the sessions.
