Koru Basics + : 4 week course to introduce a wide range of mindfulness styles. Offered once each semester.
Mindful Moments : 5-10 min of mini mindful moments.
Tapping Circles : 15 min of Tapping to feel grounded, centered and calm.
Monthly Friday Workshops : 30 min of Sensory Based Mindfulness Workshops, on 3rd Fridays of each month, offered in collaboration with USG Well-Being
