Monday Morning Mindful Moments
When: 1st and 3rd Mondays of the month at 10am – 10:15am
What: We will rotate through various guided meditations and mindfulness activities (such as these) to help us start the week fresh and grounded.

More details: Although we cannot replicate what Kiz has provided for us, this is an attempt to support the the continuation of a good, helpful and loved routine. Please join when you can. It is open for all.
Collaboration: If you wish to join the facilitator’s team, please reach out so we can offer more sessions. Hosting is simple and easy. All we ask is a 20 min commitment once a month.
